I can't recommend this agency enough! Alex's personalized approach to booking the perfect trip for me and my family has spoiled me forever! Alex customized our trip to Costa Rica with every single one of my family member's needs/wants in mind. His planning out of every detail and ironing out of the logistics resulted in a very smooth, stress-free vacation for us. I'm used to doing all of this on my own, utilizing a variety of on-line agencies and booking tours through our hotel, but I can truly say that I could never have planned it this well. On top of it all, this came at no additional cost to us since CostaRica.com gets paid similar to Hotels.com or any other website/agency/hotel you would use. He even planned an unforgettable birthday for our son who was turning 9 on our trip.
read more closeThe planning process seemed to be too good to be true until we arrived in Costa Rica, which was even more of a dream. My husband and I had visited Costa Rica before and had done a rather good job planning our trip in the traditional manner, but this trip as planned through CostaRica.com really took the cake! Every single tour was the best of its kind and there were even a few like the frog tour (our favorite by far) that only a local expert could have known how to arrange. There was never any waiting in line, price shopping, or figuring out how to get somewhere for our family as I witnessed many others doing while on their vacation. There were surprise touches like our driver (with instruction from Alex) stopping at an organic fish farm where our kids could fish for their own lunch while us adults sipped a local specialty cocktail in an open-air restaurant steps away from a secluded waterfall where our family went for a dip after lunch…en route to our next destination. Another nice touch was that the driver that picked us up on the day of my son's birthday brought him a gift of a stuffed sloth which my son carried with him for the remainder of our trip! The drivers that work for CostaRica.com are warm, professional, English speaking, and very knowledgeable of their country and all it has to offer. I have been recommending this agency to all my friends and family who want to visit Costa Rica, as they have nothing to lose and everything to gain from using such an amazing service. I only wish they could plan everything else for us too! As my husband put it: Where was Alex when we were planning our wedding!
